Her career spans corporate HR and compliance advising across industries including healthcare, retail, food & beverage, and small to large business. Known for her approachable and collaborative style, Norannie is a trusted partner for organizations seeking clarity and confidence in their HR practices. She brings a hands-on, partnership-driven approach to every engagement, firmly believing that people are an organization’s greatest asset, and that great HR unlocks potential at every level. Norannie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and is a certified HR professional (PHR, SHRM-CP). “I founded this company to help business owners take the guesswork out of HR.
